WHERE
Here at Kaswell, we believe that flooring is what brings a space together. That’s exactly what happened with our End Grain Mesquite floors that were installed at Sotto, an upscale restaurant in Washington D.C., known for its smoked meats, house made sausages, and craft cocktails. Located on 14th Street NW below Ghibellina’s, Sotto is quickly becoming a D.C. hot-spot for live music and a good time, thanks to owner Ari Gejdenson.

Information
Our End Grain Mesquite block floors are the perfect option for high traffic hospitality spaces that experience a constant stampede of Jimmy Choo stilettos. Our most durable product, these blocks can withstand the busiest of evenings due to their hard-wearing surface and stability. Mesquite has been installed in such places as Lavo Nightclub (New York), The Lumberyard (Laguna Beach, CA), Sanctuary Hotel (New York), and The Ritz Prime Seafood Restaurant (Newport Beach, CA)- scheduled to open later this year. Other hospitality installations that feature our products include Nobu Restaurant City of Dreams Casino (Manila, Philippines), Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub of The Cosmopolitan (Las Vegas, NV), and the Dream Downtown Hotel (New York).
" I am very pleased with the quality and durability of the Mesquite End Grain flooring I had installed at my restaurant. Our floors look stunning and hold up well to the high-traffic and wear-and-tear of a restaurant. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests. Installation and the final result was just what I hoped for and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, beautiful floor. Kaswell did a great job!”
